Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return: Items must be entirely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

Please email us at hunterandbadger@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number in the subject line for prompt processing.

Return postage: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Because our collections are produced sustainably in exclusive small batches, every parcel is hand-inspected before it leaves. If your item is faulty, please email us with a clear photo within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us. 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return at our studio, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days directly back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional few days to post the balance to your account.

Non-returnable items: That have been used, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition cannot be accepted for return.
