Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days to ensure premium fulfillment. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. During highly anticipated collection launches, please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to hand-pack your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: We ship all domestic orders using tracked postal services. Delivery timeframes are calculated from the moment your parcel leaves our studio. Standard Tracked Delivery is Estimated 2–3 business days.

Lost or Delayed Orders: Our shipping services are fully tracked. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at hunterandbadger@outlook.com and we will investigate the tracking with the carrier straight away.

International Shipping We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
